Refund and Return Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of usage

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of receiving the order, you must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Incorrect Order

Please contact info@beautyhacks.store within 48 hours of receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

Item(s) Arrived Damaged

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at info@beautyhacks.store. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product(s).
