In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer care within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Please contact info@beautyhacks.store within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at info@beautyhacks.store Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.

Once your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. (Be sure to check your spam folder!) Click Track My Order to see its progress.

To see the status of your order, simply sign into your account & click on “account” in the top right corner. The status of your orders will be displayed to the right of the order number.

Estimated shipping time varies depending on the location of delivery. To make sure you know what is happening with your order, we will send you a series of emails including:

1) A confirmation email as soon as your order is placed

2) A shipping notification including a tracking number, which will allow you to track your shipment.

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

We have several warehouses, so your items may come in several shipments if you purchase more than one item. We will notify you by email of each shipment leaving our warehouse, this email will include the list of the items shipped as well as its tracking number.

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, AfterPay and PayPal.

To log in, you can click the user icon located at the top right corner of every page and enter your e-mail address and password.

Logging into your account lets you:

– Breeze through checkout

– Check your order status

– View past orders

– Update your account information

– Change your password

To reset your password, Recover password. You will then be prompted to enter your e-mail address you used to create your account. Once you submit, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this, you can log in with your new password as normal on this page.

You can easily subscribe to emails using the sign up form located in the footer on our website. If you want to cancel/unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe by locating the “Unsubscribe” link within the email.

Try clearing your cache and refresh the page. As well as using a laptop or desktop with Google Chrome for the best experience.

– What browser are you using to view our site (Internet Explorer, Safari, Chrome, etc.)?

– If payment was attempted, what method did you use (PayPal, Manual Credit Card, Autofill Credit Card, etc.)?

– If you have an account, were you logged in when you experienced this issue?
