I must have been pushing more ear wax in my ears than taking out with q-tips. . I slowly was losing my hearing in my right ear. I bought some liquid ear wax remover, but it didn't work. Got this product and my wife was able to dig this out of one ear in about 20 minutes. I know, pretty gross, but geez, it really helped. Maybe it won't for you, but it certainly did for me. The camera is pretty, pretty cool as it allowed my wife to see exactly what she was doing. Not that comfortable but worth not going to a Doc.

Within 3 minutes of opening the box i am looking at my eardrum. Just finished a trip to a Walk-in Clinic for impacted ear wax. Could have saved me the 2 trips and 4 hours waiting.
I am amazed at the quality
I went to the Doctor because I had the bud come off a qtip and get stuck in my ear. I had tried for several hours to get it out bud just tore my ear up. The doctor looked in with her tool and said “there is nothing in there” I insisted there was so she tried to rinse it out. Nothing came out so she looked again and assured me there was nothing in it. Fast forward a day. I order this Monday after my doctor visit. It was delivered today ( Tuesday) I charger it and tried it out. After a short learning curve I was able to maneuver this tool ver deep down along side the eardrum. Sure a heck there it was , packed down alongside kind of behind the ear drum. I tried several of the tips and although I could see and touch it I couldn’t pull it out. I then tried the little mini black foam tip and went in and pushed it into the cotton and started twisting and twisting the tool. I could see the the cotton was starting to wrap around the tip. I then started to gently pull the tool out. Sure as heck it pulled the cotton out with it. I have dealt with ear issues my entire life, not sure why I never bought one of these before. Although not perfect this tool is amazing and saved me today. I’m a believer. Worth every penny. I never write product reviews. This instrument earned my time and a review.
This helped me clean in 5 minutes what no oils or q-tips have been able to do in months. It's so satisfying to dislodge a chunk that's been sitting in my ear for ages.
The app works well, the camera is clear and stable, and the tools seem useful. I only had to use the basic one that comes installed.
The one thing I noticed is that it does get a little warm. It's not at the tool end, so I don't foresee any discomfort from it, but it's the only fault I can find.
